A 26-year-old man our OPD 2- month history fever, hemorrhagic blisters ulcers over extremities. On examination, purpuric plaques, bullae necrotic were found on face extremities along erythematous edematous lesions trunk. The diagnosis was made characteristic clinical diagnostic features.
